P300 Series

Our most popular model. These pumps are made for medium duty applications, but are often used for 10-12 hours on a continuous basis. With a power range up to 10 Hp (7.6 kW), these pumps are used in a variety of applications from sewer jetting, pressure washing, car wash, misting/fogging, dust suppression, odor control, fire suppression, liquid CO₂ and other industrial applications. Flow range is up to 5.8 GPM (22L/min) and pressure range is up to 4,000 PSI (275 Bar). Temperature range is up to 195 °F (90 °C).

Unloaders

Pressure-actuated unloaders that are designed for any pump that fits within the flow and pressure range of the unloader. The unloader regulates the flow in the system and maintains system pressure via an adjustable hand-wheel that controls the amount of tension on a pressure spring. When no flow is going out the outlet port, all flow is diverted to the bypass port at virtually no pressure. The unloader is capable of handling one or more shut-off guns and should be run with no bypass (if the full flow from the pump is going through the unloader). It actuates at around 10% above the system pressure.

Shut-Off Guns

Heavy duty American-made shut-off gun with rear load design. An ergonomic handle and trigger design that allow the user to operate the gun in an easy manner. With the unique orientation of the discharge tube, the gun allows the user to work for long periods of time. The safety lock prevents accidental opening of the valve. Designed with a stainless steel control bolt, stainless steel cam, stainless steel seat and stainless steel ball, the gun features machined brass inlet fitting, and plated steel inlet and discharge tube. .With a 4:1 burst ratio and six month warranty, this shut-off gun features the most durable design (in its class) in its industry.

Banjo fittings and valves are specialized in the injection molding of glass reinforced polypropylene. Banjo has an excellent reputation for high quality in the fitting and valve industry. They specialize in PP Cam & Groove fittings(Quick disconnects), hose barb fittings, Polypropylene Schedule 80 threaded fittings, bulkhead fittings, tank accessories, ball valves, full & standard ports, nozzle valves, Line strainers, and Polypropylene Dry Disconnect type ball valves along with other unique products. We also offer 316SS bulkhead fittings, ball valves and stainless steel Cam & Groove fittings.
Banjo black PP fittings and valves are chemical and corrosion resistant, rigid, lightweight and impact resistant. Banjo products are stress cracking resistant and have low moisture absorption.

Some of the features:

  • FKM seals.
  • Precision molded polypropylene is reinforced with fiberglass for additional strength.
  • Self-aligning ball moves freely against the PTFE seats for smooth operation. The valve opens and closes with very little pressure on the handle.
  • Ball is diamond turned, after molding, to make it spherically perfect, which provides precise contact between ball and seats.
  • PTFE self-lubricating stem bushings and seats cannot stick or bind.
